Young Sid

South Auckland, New Zealand, might seem to be always a world from South Central LA, but some factors are a similar. Sydney Gemstone, aka Youthful Sid, was raised in an unhealthy Auckland neighborhood using a drug-dealing dad and an alcoholic mom, writing a mattress along with his siblings. America’s hardcore hip-hop spoke to him and his circumstance, and after hearing his brother’s duplicate of N.W.A’s “Gangsta Gangsta” he knew what he wished to do along with his lifestyle. At age 11 he shaped his first staff, who known as themselves the Murder Squad. Their primary exploits involved getting back in trouble using their community school’s instructors for rapping like baby versions of Glaciers Cube. By age 15 Little Sid had shaped a slightly older staff in Smashproof, who had been finalists in the Coke Gig Southside competition. The group, comprising Youthful Sid, Tyree, and Deach, had been agreed upon to the Move the Group label while Sid is at his first college or university semester. Departing that behind, he documented an record for MTC known as THE REALITY with manufacturer Cochise in the U.S. The various other people of Smashproof guested on THE REALITY, as do Chamillionaire, a coup negotiated after Tyree done a remix of his strike “Ridin’.” The recording was popularly received in New Zealand.
