Yomo & Maulkie

A talented but small known hardcore rap duo, Yomo & Maulkie were straight down with the people of N.W.A. but got more in keeping with Public Foe lyrically. Regardless of the N.W.A. association, Yomo & Maulkie had been definately not gangsta rap. The MCs both arrived of L.A., where they agreed upon with Eazy-E’s Ruthless label in the first ’90s. In 1991, Eazy offered as executive manufacturer on their outstanding debut record, Are U Xperienced?, that was written by Atlantic and took its name from Jimi Hendrix’s well-known debut album. However, the album dropped through the breaks, and commercial achievement continuing to elude Yomo & Maulkie.
