Yolanda Rayo

Colombian pop singer Yolanda Rayo started singing at an extremely young age, determining to pursue a profession in show business following winning an area school contest. During her initial years as a specialist, Rayo participated in various bands, such as for example Los Exclusivos de Alex, Yajé, Chucho Nuncia con la Fuerza Mayor, Los Diablos del Caribe, and Grupo Fuego. After registering to regional label Sonolux, the musician documented a self-titled debut record in 1999, obtaining the melody “Voy a Ganarme Tu Amor” climbing on Colombian graphs. That same calendar year the vocalist was voted Musician of the brand new Millennium by Latin newspaper TV con Novelas. A sophomore work, Tiempos Mejores, made an appearance in summer months 2001.
