Yesterday’s Ring

Yesterday’s Ring can be an acoustic-oriented offshoot from the Quebec-based punk music group the Sainte Catherines, though in spite of their country affects and reduced quantity level they even now kick in the dust using the equal interest and fury seeing that their amped-up alter ego, though using a emotional primary that’s both rough and sensitive. Guitarist Frederic Jacques and vocalist Hugo Mudie are longtime close friends who shaped the Sainte Catherines in 1999. In 2003, Yesterday’s Band began focus on their 1st recording all their personal, 11 Chansons Pour Faire Pleurer les Morts-Vivants, having a studio room lineup that added piano, violin, and percussion towards the foursome’s guitars and voices. The recording was another achievement across Canada, as well as the music group eventually extended to a septet, with Wealthy Bouthillier on drums, Pablo Boerr on bass, and Ryan Batistuzzi on slip acoustic guitar, and Malcolm Bauld changing Beaudet and adding keyboards, harmonica, and accordion to his responsibilities as guitarist. Another full recording, El Rancho, premiered in the springtime of 2005, and a follow-up EP, Back again from Un Rancho, hit shops in 2006.
