Yamon Yamon certainly are a Swedish group whose literate sound, rooted in middle-’90s indie rock and roll and Afro-beat affects, provides nod towards the eclecticism of Vampire Weekend as well as the introspection of Marching Music group. Yamon Yamon created in 2002 like a cooperation between Christoffer ?-berg (drums) and Jon Lennblad (vocals/acoustic guitar), who have been both learning music in Uppsala, Sweden. Guitarist Joakim Labraaten was earned like a third person in the group immediately after, and the recently formed trio documented six tracks by using maker Daniel Vegerfors. The group underwent several lineup adjustments before liberating their first disk; Labraaten eventually break up using the group, and bassist John Lindell and guitarist Anton Toorell stepped directly into round away the group’s audio. Yamon Yamon had been found by Tenderversion for his or her 2008 self-titled debut EP. The band’s 1st full-length, This Wilderlessness, premiered that same label in early 2010.
