After shifting to LA from his native Montana, Wylie Gustafson formed the Crazy West Display in 1989. Inspired by his dad, a Montana rancher who also performed electric guitar and sang cowboy music, and a mature sibling, whom he was once within a music group with, Gustafson can be an achieved yodeler, who mixes West Coastline honky tonk with Traditional western music. Getting in Nashville in 1992, Wylie & the Crazy West Present released several movies that received regular airplay on both CMT and TNN; and even though the high, bespectacled redhead didn’t break surface on radio, he makes regular performances on the Grand Ole Opry. The high-energy performer and his music group also tour thoroughly, having played through the entire U.S., aswell simply because Australia, Canada, and European countries. In 1996, Wylie & the Crazy West Show had been agreed upon to Rounder Information; Total Yodel! implemented two years afterwards, and in early 2000 the group came back with Ridin’ the Hi-Line.
