Vocalist/guitarist/songwriter Neil Innes (b. 9 Dec 1944, Danbury, Essex, Britain) and bass participant Dennis Cowan created the entire world in 1970 upon the break-up of the former device, the Bonzo Puppy Doo-Dah Music group. Roger McKew (acoustic guitar) and Ian Wallace (drums) became a member of them with this short-lived take action.
