Wolfgang Dauner

An interesting composer and ambitious pianist, German musician Wolfgang Dauner has combined jazz, rock and roll, digital music, and components of opera and theater in creating broad-based, ranging functions. While sometimes these compositions might seem as well far-reaching, Dauner’s greatest work displays the links between idioms and styles and will be offering provocative musical and social concepts. He researched trumpet, piano, and structure in the Musikhochschule in Stuttgart, after that became a member of Joki Freund’s sextet in the first ’60s. Dauner made an appearance at many German festivals, after that made his documenting debut going a trio in 1964. It had been among the 1st European free of charge jazz recording classes.
