The first 21st century could be remembered as the rock era when bands began ‘downsizing’ the quantity of bandmembers, Various duos appeared during this time period (who handled all of the chores themselves), including British heavies, Winnebago Deal. Hailing from Oxford, the group started like a quartet nevertheless, during 1999. Having a sound much like traditional Sub Pop rings and Queens from the Rock Age group (when Nick Oliveri mans the mic), two of the initial members exited soon thereafter, departing Ben Perrier (vocals, acoustic guitar) and Ben Thomas (drums) to fend for themselves. A new documenting contract with Increase Dragon Music shortly implemented, as the duo installed with renowned Sub Pop manufacturer Jack port Endino (most widely known for dealing with both Nirvana and Soundgarden in early stages).
