Wingin’ It

North California-based world music duo Wingin It includes singer/songwriters Vakila Marjo ter Veld and Robert Halim Friedman. Friedman performed various equipment in rock rings beginning in his early teenagers and worked being a single singer beginning in the 1970s. Within the ’80s, he partnered with ter Veld, with whom he started playing bluegrass and nation music at jam periods. Their music transformed through the impact of Bob Marley and their Sufi religious beliefs, and they started writing music in 2000. Playing at open up mic shows beginning in 2003, they begun to build a pursuing. Jah Nur Music released their debut record, Attunement, through Megawave Information on July 24, 2007.
