b. 22 Apr 1913, Kinston, NEW YORK, USA, d. 2 Might 1971, Albany, NY, USA. Moore started playing electric guitar about 1930, and in 1934 gained a talent competition arranged by J.B. Long. It’s been speculated that Moore documented as Boll Weenie Costs for ARC, but this today seems improbable. When situated in 1970, he still possessed a broad repertoire, but passed away after primary recordings have been made.
