Willie Barnes

Alabama local Wiley Barner (he was also called Willie Barnes) was created Apr 28, 1900 (some resources list the delivery 12 months as 1899). He documented two tunes (“My Gal Goodies Me Mean” and “If you need a Good Female – Obtain One Very long and High”) in Birmingham, AL, on August 15, 1927, for Gennett Information. Jimmy Allen performed piano on both songs, while Will Jennings added acoustic guitar and Barner dealt with the vocals in the classes, which total Barner’s complete documented work.
