William Russell

Before his entrance into Magdalen Hall at Oxford for his Bachelors degree, Russell had recently been the student of Cope, Shrubsole, Groombridge, Hackney and Arnold. Russell experienced also been used as the organist at St. Anne’s Limehouse as well as the pianist and composer for Sadler’s Wells Theater. His structure of over twenty pantomimes can verify a theatrical curiosity. Russell also made up sacred functions and voluntaries for the body organ. Not known mainly like a composer Russell was extremely well known for his carrying out abilities and body organ expertise. His dad have been a contractor of organs and Russell was frequently summoned to inspect the tools. He published at least one oratorio, “Work” that was performed at an advantage concert for his wife after Russell passed away.
