Wildhoney

Created in 2011, Baltimore-based indie quintet Wildhoney (vocalist Lauren Shusterich, guitarists Joe Trainor and Marybeth Mareski, bassist Alan Everhart and drummer Zac Inscho) perform a variety of textured shoegaze and noise pop with affects which range from ’60s girl teams to ’80s post-punk. After building their audio and status in Baltimore’s lively indie picture, they self-released a set of well-regarded 7″ EPs in 2013 and 2014, which led these to indication with Canadian punk label Deranged Information. Working with maker Chris Freeland (Wye Oak, Decrease Dens), they documented their debut LP, Rest Through It, that was released in early 2015. Jumping to Topshelf Information, they released a six-song EP, THAT PERSON Sideways, later on that year.
