Wilderness

Wilderness is a four-piece indie rock and roll outfit located in Flex, Oregon. Created in 2012 by vocalist/songwriter Jared Nelson Smith and his wife, keyboardist/vocalist Nora K.W. Smith, the music group also features bassist Nick Graham and drummer Bradley Parsons. Very much like their name, the music group has a wide, expansive audio led by Jared’s distinct soaring guitar function and Nora’s melodic body organ leads. An all natural expansion of his prior solo function, Wilderness amplifies Smith’s warm, hopeful stories of the seek out beauty and truth, adding muscles, collaborative heart, and simple psych-influenced experimentation towards the combine. The group released its debut record, Homeward in the Fight, in 2013. Their follow-up, Get away Was Narrow, found its way to late 2015.
