Wild Palms

North London college friends Lou Hill, Gareth Jones, and James Parish originally met up being a fledgling music group before going to university to comprehensive their research. While at Brighton School, vocalist Lou Hill fulfilled Darrell Hawkins, who became a member of the three-piece on electric guitar. After gigging beneath the name Ex-Lion Tamers for a short period, the four-piece going back again to London to spotlight music. Changing their name to Crazy Palms in ’09 2009, the music group released their debut solitary Over Time. Purchased by One Small Indian this year 2010, the post-punk-referencing singles Deep Dive also to the Lighthouse preceded the discharge of their debut recording, which followed another year. Made by Gareth Jones (Erasure, Cable, Depeche Setting), Until Springtime shifted from the post-punk label the music group have been saddled with, rather deciding on a lushly created, even more expansive indie rock and roll audio. Touring the recording for the others of 2011 — with extra guitarist Bobby Krlic (the Haxan Cloak) — the music group started writing fresh material and screening new ideas, ultimately scrapping everything and beginning over. Locking themselves from current styles and outside affects, Wild Hands spent another few years documenting what would become their sophomore recording. Drawing motivation from famous brands Sterling silver Apples, Madlib, and Portishead, the record, Live Collectively, Eat ONE ANOTHER, was slated for any mid-2016 release.
