Brother-and-sister duo Outrageous Belle produce folk-, dance-, reggae-, and psychedelic rock-tinged indie pop. Chicago-area natives Elliot and Natalie Bergman was raised playing music, with Elliot ultimately learning jazz saxophone on the School of Michigan. The siblings initial started playing collectively in 2006, when Elliot asked Natalie to tour like a backup vocalist/percussionist along with his Afro-pop music group NOMO. In 2011, they started focusing on Natalie’s tracks and Crazy Belle was created. A year later on, the duo released the solitary “Maintain You” and drew label curiosity after a high-profile display at Austin’s South by Southwest Event. In 2013, Crazy Belle released their debut recording, Isles, on Columbia. 2 yrs later on, the duo came back to studios within their indigenous Chicago, aswell as with Natalie’s new house, LA, to record their sophomore launch. Inspired partly by personal turmoil, the recording saw the set deliver a deeper, fuller-sounding recording. The ensuing Dreamland premiered in Apr 2016.
