Wiener Symphoniker

The Wiener Symphoniker was founded in 1900 and consolidated in 1921 through the ranks of another Viennese orchestra. The group’s 1st long term conductor was Ferdinand Löwe, a mentioned pupil of Anton Bruckner who carried out the premiere of Bruckner’s Symphony No. 9. He led the orchestra because of its 1st 24 years.
