Wichy Camacho

Known for his crystal-clear singing, Wichy Camacho is among the most in-demand program vocalists in Puerto Rico. His resumé contains recordings with a lot of Puerto Rico’s best performers, including Omar Alfanno, Johnny Caban, Ricardo Arjona, Celenia, Juan Carlos Coronel, Charlie Cruz, Carlos David, Descarga Boricua, Grupo Macambila, Freddy Gutierrez, Isidro Infante, Manny Manuel, Ismael Miranda, Carlos Nuno, and Lalo Rodríguez. His performing was noticed on Marc Anthony’s internationally effective recording Contra la Corriente in 1997 and Miguel Antonio’s Exclusivamente in 1998. He is constantly on the record and perform with Eddie Palmieri’s music group. Although he documented his debut single album, Daria Un Alma, in 1984, Camacho dedicated the majority of his early profession to performing in the backdrop. He performed with Luis Enrique’s group from 1989 until soon after documenting his second single recording, Con la Love, in 1995. While he proceeds to keep up a busy routine like a program vocalist, Camacho offers found time and energy to build a profession like a soloist. His third single album, La Love, premiered in 1996.
