What We Live

WHAT WE SHOULD Live is a task comprising saxophonist Larry Ochs (of ROVA), bassist Lisle Ellis, and drummer Donald Robinson, most of whom played jointly in the Glenn Spearman Twice Trio. Produced in the SAN FRANCISCO BAY AREA Bay region in the middle-’90s, the group improvises and performs compositions by Ochs and Ellis. The group provides performed at many celebrations, including Vancouver’s DuMaurier Jazz Celebration, toured European countries, and recorded several interesting albums for the Dark Saint and ” NEW WORLD ” labels.
