Wendy McDowell

Wendy McDowell was created in Cocoa Seaside, FL; probably an excellent place to discover work with the area program, or being a genie. Rather, she got grand dreams to be a female rock and roll superstar. A self-taught guitarist, drummer, vocalist, and songwriter, at 15 she started working with rings from the region. In the middle-’80s she became a member of a woman group called Uncontrollable. Her initial gig using the music group was at a rowdy biker club in Petersburg, where among the enthusiasts in fact licked her arm and informed her she was an excellent drummer, despite the fact that she was feminine.
