The son of blues great Lonnie Brooks, Wayne Baker Brooks might have been born into Chicago blues royalty, but it doesn’t mean he hasn’t paid his dues on the way. He became a member of his father’s music group being a roadie in 1988, and began playing guitar within the music group in 1990. In 1997, he produced the Wayne Baker Brooks Music group while continuing to utilize his dad and his guitar-playing sibling, Ronnie Baker Brooks. In 1998, furthermore to appearing within the film Blues Brothers 2000, he also co-wrote Blues for Dummies along with his dad and Cub Koda, gaining his first proper Blues magazine prize (Keeping the Blues Alive) for your time and effort.
