Full of energy indie rock quintet Washington Public Club was shaped in 2002 by singer/guitarist Martin Royle, bassist Olivia Mancini, and drummer Randall Range. The debut full-length Getting Looks was made by Brian McTear (Burning up Brides, the Capitol Years) and released by Badman Recordings in 2004. To get the record, they opened up for such brands as the Keep Steady, Hot Sizzling hot High temperature, Presidents of america of America, and Phantom Globe. The band provides since added Evan Featherstone on electric guitar and sibling Jared on electric guitar and keyboard. Another album, Larger Than THE MAN YOU’RE DATING, followed a couple of years later.
