Not to end up being confused using the 1980s thrash/speed-metal music group from the same name, Warlord began like a part task for Roadside Monument bassist Jonathon Ford, issuing an eponymous EP in 1997. When Ford thought we would focus on his full-time gig, the group reorganized having a lineup of guitarist/vocalist Ricky, bassist Phil, and drummer Tim, and released the recording Rock and roll the Foe Hammer in 1999.
