Walter Süsskind

This famed conductor, born Jan Süsskind, studied composition with Josef Suk and Alois Hába, and piano with Karel Hoffmeister on the Prague State Conservatory. His trained in performing was performed with Szell on the German Academy of Music. In 1931, he premiered a structure and made an appearance in concert being a pianist on the Prague Mozarteum. His performing debut was manufactured in 1934 using a creation of La traviata on the German Opera, where he previously been portion as an helper to Szell.
