Very little is well known about this Western Coastline blues musician, who just cut a set of songs, the novelty-like “Sputterin’ Blues” (which includes appeared on many compilations) and “I’ve Done Everything I COULD.” A harmonica participant and periodic vocalist, Walter Robertson evidently was (regardless of the different spellings) the sibling of multi-instrumentalist L.C. Robinson, dealing with the last mentioned over the Dark & Light label in the years rigtht after World Battle II. He was connected with Oakland, CA-based manufacturer Bob Geddins during this time period, and his just single was most likely squeezed among recording periods for Johnny Fuller, who performed over the record aswell.
