Weird, occasionally extremely inventive Colorado trio that released many avowedly wacky cassette-only produces in the 1980s. Songwriters Evan Cantor (aka Joe Colorado) and Dave Lichtenverg (aka Small Fyodor) had been the creative motors of the group, that could appear to be a very much funnier edition of the type of experimental rock and roll produced in European countries by the Suggested Records/Rock and roll in Opposition group. Merging tape manipulation exercises, vicious sociopolitical satire, twisted oldies addresses, and Zappa-esque laughter, their melting container truly strike the mark just on their greatest launch, 1984’s Before…and After.
