Another prolific session guitarist well respectable simply by musicians but generally unfamiliar to the hearing public, Melvin Ragin aka Wah-Wah Watson continues to be about countless sessions. Created in Detroit circa 1951, Ragin/Watson offers used and/or contributed materials towards the recordings of Michael Jackson, Pharoah Sanders, Donald Byrd, Herbie Hancock, Billy Preston, and Evelyn Ruler, among numerous others.
