Vulcan’s Hammer

Little is well known regarding the Uk traditional folk quartet Vulcan’s Hammer, besides that they were located in Kent and released one recording, True Hearts and Audio Bottoms, like a privately pressed launch limited by 250 copies. Though it’s fairly typical from the British traditional vocal folk group genre without bearing unique hallmarks of differentiation, it’s achieved within its design, with solid solid male-female vocal harmonies. The materials is also traditional in character, blending a cappella passages with preparations based around classical guitar and fiddle. The recording was reissued on Compact disc in 2006.
