London-based hard rockers Voodoo 6 got their begin in the summertime of 2003, conceived by bassist Tony Newton and guitarist Richie Faulkner carrying out a short stopover by Newton in LA for production work. Upon his go back to Britain, he and Faulkner discovered the others who bring their rock and roll dreams alive: drummer Dave “Grav” Cavill, vocalist Henry Rundell, and second guitarist Matt Pearce. Voodoo Six started playing the membership circuit and in 2005 received the honor of executing with Iron Maiden at London’s Hammersmith Apollo. The next year, the music group hit up several big European celebrations, building momentum toward the August discharge of its debut record, Feed My Soul, that was released through White Knuckle/Filthy Lucre Recordings. The record was preceded by the first summertime one “Crawl,” as Voodoo Six started receiving stylistic evaluations to groupings like Audioslave, Weapons N’ Roses, and Alice in Stores.
