Von Zippers

Using their garage punk antics of organ soaked drunk rock and roll, The Von Zippers accompany yet another trademark of sporting World War One uniforms from Germany. Together with their Brit-punk impact from the Damned as well as the Anti-Nowhere Little league, The Von Zippers debuted this audio beyond their indigenous Calgary using their 1st mini-album Wow Em Down at Franzl’s in 1997. Their follow-up full-length Poor Generation premiered two years later on, thanks to Estrus Information; Blitzhacker adopted in middle-2000. The VZ’s came back to Estrus in July of 2003 using the Crime is currently!, their third full-length.
