Brooklyn local Victor Calderone continues to be cranking out home songs and remixes because the mid-’90s, when his 1996 creation “CEASE” became a golf club favorite around the world. Since that time he has been around demand, remixing songs for the largest titles in pop music, including Madonna, Garbage, Bette Midler, Gloria Estefan, as well as the hardly ever remixed Sting. Calderone is usually equally busy like a DJ, with residencies in the Roxy in NY and Water in Miami. He’s released several blend CD’s, including E=VC2 (1999) and Resonate (2003).
