The project of Bristol, England’s Seb Gainsborough, Vessel expands on his hometown’s legacy of pioneering producers with ever-shifting components of techno, home, garage, dubstep, ambient, and industrial music. An integral part of the Teen Echo collective, which also contains El Child and Kahn & Zhou, Vessel debuted officially in 2011 using the Nylon Sunset one on Throwing Snow’s esteemed Still left_Empty label along with a limited-edition cassette discharge on Rekordah’s Astro-Dynamics. Gainsborough’s eclectic however distinctive sound gained the eye of Tri Position Records, who agreed upon Vessel in early 2012.
