Váradi Roma Cafe

Váradi Roma Café is a Hungarian gypsy jazz group with some albums to its credit, a few of them very popular. The group is certainly made up of Váradi Gyula (vocals), Váradi Róbert (vocals), Berki Artworkúr (piano), Botos Tibor (electric guitar), Váradi Gyula, Jr. (aka Pepe; vocals), and Váradi Róbert, Jr. (aka Olasz; piano). The group’s previously album releases consist of Járok-kelek a Világban (2003) and Szeress Még! (2004). Released on Sony BMG, Isten Hozott a Családban! (2007) was a particularly successful record for the group. It offers the one “Umbala-umba,” that a promo video was filmed. The follow-up record, Espresso (2008), was another big strike for the group.
