Among Rufus Thomas’ many talented kids, Vaneese Thomas enjoyed some big achievement in the past due ’80s like a single vocalist on Geffen. Her debut LP, Vaneese Thomas, experienced a set of Best 20 R&B strikes in “Let’s Chat It Over” and “(I Wanna Obtain) IN YOUR AREA” in 1987. As the follow-up record didn’t maintain that achievement, Thomas remained occupied in to the early ’90s performing session work with Lenny White colored, Bob Wayne, Carl Anderson, Freddie Jackson, Beau Williams, Melba Moore, and Sarah Dash.
