Australia’s Vancouver Rest Clinic may be the single task of ambient, electronic vocalist/songwriter Tim Bettinson. Delivered in 1996, Bettinson was raised in Brisbane hearing his father’s traditional Fleetwood Macintosh and Eagles information before discovering newer performers like Bon Iver and Sigur Ros in his teenagers.
