Known mostly because of their live performances and comprehensive touring , the 4 members from the Italian group Uzeda started playing jointly in 1987. In those days, the music group was a five-piece comprising Giovanna Cacciola on vocals, Raffaele Gulisano on bass, Davide Oliveri on drums, and Agostino Tilotta and Giovanni Nicosia on electric guitar. Hailing from Catania, Sicily, the music group thought we would name themselves Uzeda following a gateway leading into among the oldest elements of city, that is on the slopes from the energetic volcano Support Etna. The music group released their debut record, Out of Colors, in Oct 1991. In 1993, manufacturer Steve Albini journeyed to Catania to record and combine Uzeda’s second discharge, Waters.
