Home / Biography / Ursula

The dark, ominous sound of Cádiz quartet Ursula continues to be pigeonholed as post-rock and slowcore. The music group includes David Cordero (vocals, acoustic guitar, sampler, development, accordion), Raúl Raja (acoustic guitar, melodica, development), Ben Montoya (slip, piano, keyboard, acoustic guitar, harmonica), and Cristo Memoryírez (electric guitar, bass, vocals). The Barcelona-based Foehn label released La Banda Sonora de Mi Funeral, the band’s full-length debut, in 2002.
