Vocalist/guitarist Jim Carroll recorded single beneath the name Unicycle before forming the indie pop group Unicycle Loves You in the summertime of 2006 in Chicago, IL, initially like a trio with guitarist/vocalist Jon Pollock and bassist/vocalist Nicole Vitale. They later on added key pad and harmonica participant Adam Labrada and drummer J.T. Baker, as well as the quintet performed its first display in November 2006. Authorized to Highwheel Information, they documented their self-titled debut recording, that was released June 10, 2008.
