Tyler Ramsey

He may be considered a multi-instrumentalist equally comfortable on electric guitar, piano, bass, percussion, and vocals, but Tyler Ramsey is most beneficial known for his profession being a vocalist/songwriter. The Asheville, N.C., indigenous started refining his audio while surviving in the traditional western, mountainous area of NEW YORK, where he examined local varieties of folk music and drew motivation in the country-blues music artists who used to visit through the region. Ramsey’s determination to collaborate with various other musicians resulted in a lucky break when his friend Costs Reynolds, bassist for Music group of Horses, asked him to go to the music group in SC. After stunning up a camaraderie with lead vocalist Ben Bridwell, Ramsey recognized an invitation never to only open up for Music group of Horses on the fall tour, but to become listed on the group as guitarist. Not surprisingly busy timetable, he still discovered time to compose and record his very own materials. Ramsey’s second record, A Long DREAM OF Swimming Over the Sea, premiered in January 2008 by Echo Hill Records.
