The rowdy Atlanta hip-hop collective Two-9 was founded in ’09 2009 by anime- and skateboard-culture-loving Curtis Williams, Maurice “Reese” Williams, and Key. Originally dubbed Pilot Music, their group name — selected by Crucial — simply shown the entire year of development. The trio afterwards included FatKidsBrotha rappers Lightskin Macintosh11 and Cartier Dave, Vintage Su$h! duo Jace and CeeJ, and DJ Osh Kosh. Like Unusual Upcoming and A$AP Mob, specific members continued release a their very own material concurrently using the collective, with Williams and Reese issuing Trill Shit Just and Reese vs. the Globe 1, respectively, in 2011. Their debut mixtape, Two-9 Forever, found its way to July 2012. A Two-9 Xmas followed by the end of the entire year. In 2015, Two-9 released another mixtape (B4 FRVR) and a trilogy of EPs with trending-friendly game titles (#AugustTwo9, #SeptemberTwo9, and #OctoberTwo9). Their initial standard full-length for EarDruma/Interscope found its way to 2017. FRVR highlighted the one “Rackades,” aswell as performances by Dark Boe, Chico, and ManMan Savage.
