Twin Forks

Going for a breather from his long-standing emo take action Dashboard Confessional, Florida-based singer/songwriter Chris Carrabba came back towards the classic acoustic music that initially influenced him, developing the quartet Twin Forks in early 2013. Along with mandolinist Suzie Zeldin, bassist Jonathan Clark, and drummer Ben Homola, Carrabba targeted the group in direction of the stripped-down but hyped-up folk renaissance, placing his exclusive stamp around the design made well-known by rings like Mumford & Sons as well as the Lumineers. Affected by the traditional nation, folk, and origins music he noticed as a kid, Carrabba spent many years developing his fingerstyle acoustic guitar technique, which he used on many of the songs on Twin Forks’ self-titled debut EP, released by Dine Only Records in past due 2013. Almost a year later in Feb 2014, the band’s self-titled LP made an appearance.
