Trashy, hedonistic, decadent fun was the concentrate of Turbonegro, a band that was shaped in Oslo, Norway, in the ’90s but had even more in keeping with ’70s and ’80s pop-metal, hard rock, and glam metallic than with the choice rock played out by their Scandinavian peers.
