Biography
Karl “Tuff Enuff” Dark brown and Matt “Jam” Lamont were two of the very most hyped makers in Britain during 1997, because of their seizure from the banner for speed-garage, the dance design based on basic garage area music but with a variety of inspiration through the ragga end of jungle/drum’n’bass. The Tuff Jam team released their 1st compilation, the excellent Underground Frequencies, Vol. 1, in past due 1997. Another volume adopted in 1998.
