Tub Ring

Tinkering with the wildest section of alternative rock and roll via reckless rhythms and specific instrumentation, Tub Band end up providing spacy collections of eccentric and melodious themes. Starting like a punk clothing in 1992 in Chicago, Band rapidly progressed into an experimental ensemble, assembling risky shade conceptions with shifting experimental rock and roll choices. Kevin Gibson (vocals), Rob Kleiner (keyboards), Jason Areas (bass), Mouse (acoustic guitar), and Mike Gilmore (drums) constitute Ring, most of them having earlier band encounter and via assorted backgrounds. Stupid Family pet Tricks made an appearance in 1992 because the band’s 1st disc, twelve months prior to the issuing of another EP, Music for the toilet. Tub Ring’s unique tunes gradually began to become a research in Chicago’s underground golf club circuit, and 3 years after developing, the team finally were able to deliver its 1st album, As well as the Mashed Potato Hill Etiquette. In 1997, Super Sci-Fi Samurai Rockstar Ultra Turbo II, their second recording, hit record shops and received thrilling reviews through the media and extended their loyal group of fans. In 2001, pursuing another three-year period, and with the creation credits of Mr. Bungle’s Trey Spruance, the music group released its third recording, Drake Formula. Tub Ring’s drummer and guitarist had been switched out with time for 2002’s Fermi Paradox, Dave Tavares and Shawn Sprinkel becoming a member of on respectively. Zoo Hypothesis made an appearance in August 2004. Constant touring — alongside rings like Mindless Personal Indulgence, the Completely Down, Dog Style Disco, Estradasphere and Get rid of Hannah — and a lot of effort helped their underground group of fans swell, and in 2005, Tub Band became finalists over the MTV2 on-air “Dew Circuit Breakout” competition alongside pop-punk serves Over It and Hellogoodbye. Though they eventually lost, the publicity obviously didn’t harm and a calendar year later the music group (which today comprised Gibson, Kleiner, bassist Trevor Erb, drummer Chris Wiken and guitarist Jeff Enokian) agreed upon with THE FINISH Records.
