Trio Beyond

Jazz combo Trio Beyond were only available in 2003 when drummer Jack port DeJohnette decided that he wished to pay out tribute to fellow percussionist Tony Williams. Adding John Scofield on acoustic guitar and Larry Goldings on electrical piano, Hammond B-3 body organ and sampler, the group was officially created and began reservation and playing gigs. Among their concerts, provided at Queen Elizabeth Hall in the 2004 London Jazz Event, was documented and released as their debut recording, Saudades, in 2006.
