Trigger Hippy

A supergroup of types, Nashville-based Result in Hippy grew away of an informal collaboration between Dark Crowes drummer Steve Gorman, Dark Crowes guitarist Audley Freed, and Nashville program bassist Nick Govrik. The group, with Common Stress guitarist Jimmy Herring up to speed, produced its live debut in ’09 2009 in the Cox Capitol Theater in Macon, Georgia. Herring’s tour commitments to Common Panic resulted in his exit from your music group, and vocalist Joan Osborne and vocalist, songwriter, and Dark Crowes guitarist and multi-instrumentalist Jackie Greene had been called in, so when Freed departed the music group in the springtime of 2012, Will Kimbrough changed him briefly, and first-call Nashville program guitarist Tom Bukovac curved out the lineup that documented the group’s self-titled debut recording, that was released by Rounder Information in 2014. Osborne and Greene offered Trigger Hippy a sensational group of vocalists, as well as the band’s durable roots strategy and R&B, spirit, nation, and Southern jam music group mix of affects got them poised to get a promising industrial and critical profession.
