Biography
Latin pop/rock and roll foursome from Ecuador Tranzas was formed in 1986, led by singer/songwriter and guitarist Douglas Bastidas, debuting live while taking part in at 1987’s Rock and roll Total festival. In March of 1988 the music group documented its debut recording, known as Sueño Astral. A 12 months later, Tranzas arrived in 1st place after taking part in a rock and roll competition sponsored by MTV. In 1990, initial drummer Jorge Ponce made a decision to keep the act, quickly, Alfonso Velez required his place. The group’s breakthrough arrived after issuing Ciertas Teorias, reaching the Best ROCK-BAND & most Popular Group honours in 1995. Televisión Satelital released 1996’s Parte De Ti, furthermore, the band experienced the opportunity to join up to BMG/Ariola, producing an international release of this same recording. In 1998 Tranzas’ Por Siempre was stated in Miami by Ray Sánchez.
