Brothers Keith Megna (vocals/acoustic guitar) and Dave Megna (bass) and pal Joe Bennett (acoustic guitar) had developed together in upstate NY, nonetheless it wasn’t before trio reconvened in LA that Trailer Recreation area Pam truly began. The three close friends started jamming, and documented a five-song demonstration in 1996. By 1998, that they had recruited regional drummer Chuck Sparks, began to create a dent for the L.A. golf club scene, and released an eponymous debut recording. Even more gigs and self-marketing adopted. Bennett departed in 2000, following the documenting sessions for Truck Recreation area Pam’s second LP; he was changed on acoustic guitar by Hans Hettich. Interscope authorized the music group and issued Truck Recreation area Pam in August 2003. The recording showcased Keith’s exclusive vocals over a variety of hard-edged modern rock and roll and softer, even more melodic material.
