The career of prolific south Houston-based MC Trae, or Trae tha Truth, began having a guest appearance on Z-Ro’s Look EVERYTHING YOU Did if you ask me and took root in Guerilla Maab, an organization that released several albums through the past due ’90s and early 2000s. Through some single albums — 2003’s Dropping Composure, 2004’s DITTO Different Day time, and 2006’s Episode — he further founded his status like a lyricist who concentrates more around the roads than wealth. Not only is it an associate of Screwed Up Click, he in addition has released a pile of mixtapes which have surfaced outside his area. Restless, another 2006 launch, was found by J. Prince’s Rap-A-Lot label — and then the Warner-affiliated Asylum — for countrywide distribution. Life CONTINUES ON got in 2007 with Lil Wayne, Jadakiss, and Slim Thug leading the lengthy visitor list, and Thug came back for the 2008 work THE START, which also presented Paul Wall structure and Z-Ro. The 2011 launch Street King curved up unreleased songs and appeared around the ABN label, and 2015 discovered ABN linking with T.I’s Grand Hustle imprint for any release from the LP Tha Truth. A sequel — his 8th LP general — found its way to 2016.
